Water based exercise

The water exercise program is gentle, low-impact water exercise conducted in a heated pool (34 degrees). Benefits can include muscle strength, improved joint mobility, pain relief, relaxation, increased general fitness and improved balance. Each session lasts 45 minutes, and up to six sessions may be recommended. This is a mixed group for all adults.
This class is supervised by a Physiotherapist. A Physiotherapist’s assessment is required before commencement. Call (03) 8470 1111 to arrange a Physiotherapy assessment.
