Tai Chi is a gentle or soft style of martial art that focuses on internal strength. Learning and practicing Tai Chi (Hao Chen style) can help improve balance, increase strength and increase flexibility. A qualified Tai Chi Master provides ongoing training and supervision. Each session lasts 1.5 hours.
When: Every Friday, 12pm to 1.30pm
Where: East Reservoir Health Centre
Cost: $7 per session
