Memory loss social group

$10A social group, including centre based activities and day trips for people living with memory loss.
Lunch, morning and afternoon tea and transport to and from the centre is included.
Interpreters can be arranged.
Who: For people living with memory loss or dementia.
When: Thursdays 9.30am – 2.45pm
Where: East Reservoir Health Centre
Cost: $10 for activities at our health centres. Between $15 and $20 for an outing, depending on the location.
