Getting stronger, living longer (90min)

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday, repeating until December 21, 2020
This session is for strength training and gentle exercise. Benefits may include increased strength, balance and bone density and improved ability to manage chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis and diabetes.
This class is community or volunteer supported. it is not supervised by a Your Community Health worker.
You will need a referral from a Your Community Health Physiotherapist. Call us on (03) 8470 1111 to get an appointment.
Who: Anyone who has completed the Your Community Health introductory strength training course with our Physiotherapists
When: Mondays 9.30am to 11am (60 mins Getting stronger, living longer class is also available on Thursdays 9.30am to 10.30am)
Where: East Reservoir Health Centre
Cost: Gold coin donation
